SPINAL DECOMPRESSION
Spinal decompression is a fairly new approach to treating both lower back and neck conditions. Decompression is used in conjunction with chiropractic spinal adjustments and rehabilitation exercises. The treatment is non-invasive and has been shown to reduce symptoms. In some cases, patients have been able to avoid surgical procedures because of the positive results of spinal decompression.
REHABILITATION/STRENGTHENING EXERCISES
Dr. Duree utilizes strengthening exercises as part of the treatment regiment. Spinal adjustments, in conjunction with strengthening exercises, is the only treatment proven to improve your back and neck problems.
